Great River Health System relies on the leadership of their Executive Team and Board of Directors to help navigate the many changes and decisions facing healthcare today.

Executive Team - employees of the health system who develop and employ the strategic plan which guides the work of the organization.

Great River Health Board of Directors - volunteer board made up of community leaders who help guide the decisions affecting the health system.

Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center Board of Directors – volunteer board made up of community leaders who oversee the operations of Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center-Fort Madison and West Burlington.

Henry County Health Center, Inc. – volunteer board of directors consisting of community leaders who help guide the decisions affecting the operations of Henry County Health Center. Five of the seven members are Henry County residents.

Henry County Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees - a publicly elected, seven-member board who represent various cross sections of our service area. The trustees provide oversight on the overall performance of the lease by Great River Health.
