Purpose

In addition to the individual lives you impact, Great River Health gives you the opportunity to be a part of something bigger -- a movement to make Southeast Iowa a healthier, happier place.

Every three years, we strengthen our community ties by conducting Community Health Assessments. By collaborating with local Public Health Departments, we diligently seek out the most pressing health care gaps through face-to-face interviews with community members, comprehensive data analysis, and wide-reaching surveys. This information steers our actions, enabling us to tailor our services to the community's unique needs, expand access to care, and elevate the health standards for Southeast Iowa residents.

Our impact is amplified by our Foundations, which engage in a variety of community initiatives and are considered a thought leaders on economic and community development strategies.

At Great River Health, we don't just serve the community; we are an integral part of it. Learn more about our Community Commitment.

Compensation

Great River Health's minimum wage is $15 per hour and guarantees fair, objective, non-discriminatory, and competitive pay that recognizes your skills, contributions, and expertise.

Our HR team regularly reviews jobs across the organization to determine whether wages are competitive compared to other employers in the market and adjustments are made periodically.
