Being a caregiver can be rewarding and fulfilling, but it can also be exhausting and isolating. It is important to connect with people that understand what you are experiencing as a caregiver. Palliative Care -Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center hosts a monthly support group to help people connect with others and provide education on available resources.

Dates: The support group is offered in person and online, on the second Wednesday of each month.
