  • To sign up for the patient portal, visit any Great River Health clinic or hospital registration area. Photo identification is required.
  • To change an appointment – Call the clinic or department that scheduled your appointment.
  • If you have a question a time-sensitive question, please call Great River Health System at (319) 768-1000.
  • For individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, please call Great River Health System at (319) 768-1000, to use TTY dial 711.
  • If you have concerns or feedback about patient care, email the Patient Ambassador at ptexp@greatriverhealth.org or call the Patient Ambassador at 319-768-4906 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you leave a message, they will return your call.
