Part of Occupational Health-Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center, Corporate
Wellness works with employers to customize wellness programs for their
work environments. Creating a culture of wellness includes providing prevention,
screening, and education services, developing an incentive structure,

Health-risk assessments
Employees complete a lifestyle questionnaire and learn about their health
risks. Employers receive an aggregate summary showing population health
risks and improvements.
Health screenings
Screenings assess general health, lifestyle, and disease risk with immediate
results. Choose the venipuncture or finger-stick method. Health coaching
is available. Employee confidentiality is maintained through HIPAA guidelines.
