Address Employee Health Risks Before They Become Costly Claims

Part of Occupational Health-Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center, Corporate Wellness works with employers to customize wellness programs for their work environments. Creating a culture of wellness includes providing prevention, screening, and education services, developing an incentive structure, and reporting results.

Corporate fitness membership

Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center professionals present 30-, 45- or 60-minute on-site programs. Topics include disease prevention and management, exercise, fatigue, healthy lifestyles, nutrition, stress, and weight management. Choose topics using aggregate health survey data, employee needs, or employee interests.

Health fairs

Displays with educational materials and screening options brought to your worksite.

Health-risk assessments

Employees complete a lifestyle questionnaire and learn about their health risks. Employers receive an aggregate summary showing population health risks and improvements.

Health screenings

Screenings assess general health, lifestyle, and disease risk with immediate results. Choose the venipuncture or finger-stick method. Health coaching is available. Employee confidentiality is maintained through HIPAA guidelines.
