Biographical Summary
Dr. Scott Gleason is a board-certified & fellowship-trained Shoulder and Sports Medicine Specialist. He treats athletes and active patients of all ages with a focus on arthroscopic/minimally invasive solutions to address shoulder and knee problems. His primary goal is to utilize the most current technology and techniques to restore and repair native tissue and cartilage before considering replacement. However, at some point, this may be necessary. He also treats a wide variety of fractures and manages injuries involving the elbow, wrist, and ankle. His practice incorporates different injectable treatment options including biologic solutions such as Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). Dr. Gleason also provides medical coverage for the local high school athletics programs and works closely with the student-athletes at Southeastern Community College.
