Henry County Health Center has a rich history of serving our community since 1921 and has continued its legacy since partnering with Great River Health in 2021. Located at the Crossroads of Southeast Iowa, HCHC is a 74-bed facility, featuring 25 acute care beds, along with our 49-bed long-term care facility, Park Place Elder Living.
We're proud to offer local, compassionate, and high–quality primary care, emergency department, walk-in clinic, mental health, women’s health, elder living, and pharmacy services in Mount Pleasant.
