Traveling westbound on Hwy 34:
For those who are coming from the east and heading west into Mt. Pleasant on Hwy 34, continue straight through town on Washington Street heading west, turn left on White Street, and proceed three blocks south. HCHC is located at 407 S. White Street on the right-hand side of the street.
Traveling southbound on Hwy 218:
1. For those who are coming from the north and heading south into Mt. Pleasant, take the first exit into Mt. Pleasant which is Iowa Avenue marked with a blue hospital sign. Continue traveling south on Broadway Street which will turn into Jefferson Street. When you arrive at the intersection of Jefferson and Washington Streets, turn right and head west, then turn left on White Street and proceed three blocks south. HCHC is located at 407 S. White Street on the right-hand side of the street.

2. Take Exit 45 into Mt. Pleasant. Continue to drive straight on Grand Avenue, traveling past Wal-Mart and Mcdonald's and continuing over the overpass bridge. At the four-way stop which is the intersection of Grand Avenue and Washington Street, turn right on Washington Street heading west turn left on White Street, and proceed three blocks south. HCHC is located at 407 S. White Street on the right-hand side of the street.
Traveling northbound on Hwy 218:
1. For those coming from the south and heading north into Mt. Pleasant on Hwy 218, right after crossing over the Skunk River Bridge, turn left on the Iowa Avenue exit. Continue north on Iowa Avenue which turns into Main Street. At the stoplight at the intersection of Main and Washington Streets, turn left and head west on Washington Street. Turn left on White Street and proceed three blocks south. HCHC is located at 407 S. White Street on the right-hand side of the street.

2. Take Exit 40. At the stop sign, turn left on 255th Street. Continue on 255th Street and at the stop sign turn right on Grand Avenue. Continue on Grand Avenue until the four-way stop. At that intersection, turn left on Washington Street, proceed through town, turn left on White Street, and proceed three blocks south. HCHC is located at 407 S. White Street on the right-hand side of the street.
Traveling eastbound on Hwy. 34:
On Hwy. 34 heading east, take Exit 229. This road is the business route for Hwy. 34. Continue on this road which turns into Washington Street. Go through the stop light turn right on White Street and proceed three blocks south. HCHC is located at 407 S. White Street on the right-hand side of the street.
Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center, West Burlington, is conveniently located and easily accessible at the intersection of South Gear Avenue and West Agency Road.
From east or west:
From Highway 34, take the Gear Avenue exit and turn south. The entrance is about a half-mile south of West Agency Road.
From north or south:
Exit Highway 61 (Roosevelt Avenue) and go west on Highway 34. Take the Gear Avenue exit and turn south. The entrance is about a half-mile south of West Agency Road.

From north:
On Highway 61 South, follow the bypass around Fort Madison. Take Exit 18 (Iowa 2) toward Fort Madison/Donnellson. Turn left onto Business 61/IA 2. The hospital will be on your left. Turn at the first stoplight.
From south:
On Highway 61 North, take Exit 18 (Iowa 2) toward Fort Madison/Donnellson. Turn right on Business 61/ IA 2. The hospital will be on your left. Turn left at the first stoplight.
From east:
On Highway 2, take IA-2 East into Fort Madison. Turn left at the first stoplight.
From Illinois:
From Route 9, cross the the Sante Fe bridge into Iowa. Turn left onto Avenue H/61Business Route/IA 2. In 1.7 miles, turn left onto 20th Street/61 Business Route/IA 2. At the next stoplight, turn right onto Avenue L/61 Business Route/IA 2. Stay on this road for 2.7 miles. The hospital will be on your right. Turn right at the stoplight.
