The Great River Health Foundation was established in 1995 as the Fort Madison Community Hospital Foundation. For more than a quarter-century, it has been a thriving philanthropic organization. We believe access to quality healthcare should be close and convenient. We are grateful for every gift that has led us to where we are today and dream about where your gifts will take us in the future.
Gifts to the Foundation are tax-deductible as allowed by the law. Call 319-768-3247 for more information.
Passionate about quality healthcare? The Great River Health Foundation strengthens the hospitals and clinics within the Great River Health System and forges connections with the communities in which we operate by partnering with community members, organizations, and businesses to raise financial resources to support the continued delivery of high-quality healthcare.
Foundation DonationsDid someone go above and beyond to help you at Great River Health? Consider donating to our Circle of Excellence fund and nominate that employee for special recognition. All donations are used by the foundation to improve patient experiences here, such as equipment, furniture, and facilities. Although your identity will remain confidential, we will share your story to inspire others.
Circle of Excellence NominationsWant to memorialize a loved one who spent time in hospice? Gifts from generous donors strengthen our program, provide discretionary dollars to improve patient experiences, and support families during a difficult period of time.
